Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including Outbound and processing inventory, and coordinating the movement of goods.
- Lead a team of warehouse assistants, providing guidance and training on warehouse operations and lean practices.
- Ensure compliance with all warehouse regulations.
- Implement and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Requirements
- Proficiency with forklift operation and warehouse management practices.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of warehouse assistants.
- Strong analytical skills for demand planning and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
