- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, offices, and common areas with precision and efficiency.
- Use specialized equipment for industrial cleaning tasks and ensure all tools are properly maintained and stored.
- Assist with light maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs, repairing minor fixtures, or painting walls when necessary.
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs needed or hazards identified during routine inspections.
Qualifications
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures including buffing and waxing.
- Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and climbing ladders.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks like minor repairs or painting is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality standards.
