One Day Jewelry & Repair at 2021 N. Amidon, Suite 1600 is seeking a full time, jewelry sales associate in our family owned and operated business. You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Assess and receive in jewelry and related merchandise from customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales and customer service
- Knowledge of jewelry products preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to perform basic financial calculations
- Strong negotiation skills
- Must be able to dress professionally at all times
- Ability to stand for a long period of time during business hours
- Must be self-motivated
- Excellent organizational skills will be required
- Possess great interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure to achieve set goals
- Excellent attention to detail will be a key requirement
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus but not required
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of jewelry retail sales experience or retail sales experience
Must be able to pass a background check and a Basic Math Skills test.
Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
