$19 up to $21 per hour plus comprehensive benefits which include medical, dental, and vision which start immediately! $1500 sign-on bonus ($500 after 3 months, $500 after 6 months, $500 after 12 months; must not be on a corrective action for attendance.) Production Operator Position Overview:
- Assembling components
- Some operations require robotic and manual welding techniques
- Spray components with ceramic glass coating
- Hang/Unhang tanks from paint hangers
- Operate basic hand tools (manual and automatic) for occasional and/or extended periods of time
- Setup heavy equipment
Qualifications include:
- 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred
- Able to work 2nd shift (earliest start time is 2 pm and latest end time is 1:30 am, depending on role)
- Constant standing/walking and frequent bending and reaching
- Must be able to lift 50 to 75 pounds with and without assistance from lifting device.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing plant that is warmer in summer and cooler in winter
- Must read, understand, and comply with specific work instructions
- Must promote and comply with work safety and quality standards
- High School Diploma or GED
