- Experience working with EMR/EHR systems and managing client scheduling
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and support a growing clinical team

About the Role
A New Light Counseling is a growing group mental health practice with locations in Denver, Co & South Florida. We are seeking a Practice Manager to oversee the administrative, operational, and office management functions essential to running a high-performing group practice.
This role is ideal for an organized, systems-minded professional who enjoys managing day-to-day operations, supporting clinicians, manage a team and ensuring the practice runs smoothly. You will serve as a central point of coordination across scheduling, billing, onboarding, and internal systems, allowing clinicians to focus on client care.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office procedures, workflows, and internal systems
- Coordinate payroll preparation, client billing, and insurance-related administrative tasks
- Maintain and update HR records, assist with onboarding new staff, and support personnel processes
- Manage client scheduling and calendars within the EMR system
- Respond to new client inquiries via phone and email and support intake coordination
- Perform clerical and administrative duties as needed to support practice operations
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of all client and staff records
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
