Are you passionate about health, wellness, and helping others feel their best? Our busy and caring chiropractic office is seeking an organized, dependable, and compassionate Physical Therapy Aide / Chiropractic Assistant (also known as a Rehab Assistant or Chiropractic Technician) to join our team.
This is a hands-on position where you’ll work closely with patients and doctors—helping people recover movement, reduce pain, and live healthier, more active lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor during patient exams and treatments
- Perform preliminary exams, posture assessments, and range-of-motion testing
- Take and process digital X-rays (training provided if needed)
- Demonstrate and guide patients through prescribed therapy and rehab exercises
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized treatment areas
- Keep accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
- Provide warm, professional, and focused patient interactions
- Support your team to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in anatomy, kinesiology, or health sciences preferred)
- Experience in chiropractic, physical therapy, or healthcare settings is a plus (we will train the right person)
- X-ray certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer skills and comfort with EHR systems
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
