Reports to: Resident Life Coordinator and Work Based Learning Coordinator Job Status: Non-Exempt
DAY/HOURS OF JOB: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Shift 1: 9:00am-1:00pm
Shift 2: 1:00pm-4:30pm
Shift 3: Overnight
Duration 4-12 Weeks

Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Assist Resident Life Coordinator with dorm duties
- Setting a positive example for students
- Help coordinate and participate in dorm activities
- Performing other relevant duties when needed and as assigned
- Hardesty Transition Academy Student
- Professional appearance and demeanor, including appropriate attire, good hygiene, and effective communication skills.
- Responsible, dependable, and able to manage time effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality of all student and participant information.
- Valid form of identification.
- Follow all A New Leaf, Inc. policies, procedures, and training requirements.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals served.
- Open-minded, cooperative, and willing to learn.
- Basic reading, writing, math, computer, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to participate in physical activities and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Ability to perform light to moderate lifting, bending, reaching, and other physical tasks as needed.
