A New Hope LLC is currently hiring thoughtful, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Pocatello, Idaho.
As a DSP, you will support adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities while helping them build independence, confidence, daily living skills, and meaningful community involvement.
No prior experience is required — we provide paid training and ongoing support.
Available Schedules
We are currently hiring for:
- Full-time positions
- Part-time positions
- Morning shifts
- Evening shifts
- Overnight shifts
- Weekend availability preferred
What You’ll Do
- Support individuals in daily routines and activities
- Assist with cooking, cleaning, hygiene, and household tasks
- Help individuals participate in community activities and social events
- Encourage independence and personal growth
- Provide companionship, encouragement, and positive support
- Complete simple documentation regarding services provided
