What You’ll Do
- Diagnose residential and commercial plumbing issues.
- Repair and maintain plumbing systems.
- Install water heaters, fixtures, water lines, sewer lines, and other plumbing equipment.
- Perform drain cleaning and plumbing repairs.
- Present customers with repair and replacement options using our upfront, flat-rate pricing system.
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every service call.
- Complete work orders, notes, and job documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle. Represent A&N Plumbing & More professionally both on and off the job.
What We’re Looking For
- Residential service plumbing experience is preferred.
- We’ll invest in the right individual who has a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude with a professional appearance.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift at least 75 pounds and perform the physical demands of the position.
- Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Comfortable traveling throughout North Central Washington. Willing to relocate to the Wenatchee area before beginning employment.
