Responsibilities

• Provide on going schedule with the account you will be working.
• Manage the days that operations at the facility, including coordinating schedules and ensuring compliance with safety protocols
• Support administrative tasks such as photo that is needed to be reported
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the workspace to promote a safe and efficient environment
• Collaborate with team members to execute community outreach initiatives and special events effectively
• Monitor scope of work at all times
• Uphold company policies and procedures while demonstrating professionalism and positive attitude in all interactions

Experience

• Previous experience in commercial residential support roles is preferred not required
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse audiences
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic proficiency with computers and office software for record management and correspondence
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving responsibilities within the role
