What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Maintenance Technician position at A&N Lawn Service Inc.?
- We are looking for a reliable, skilled, and self-motivated Building Maintenance Technician to join our A&N Team. This is a hands-on role for someone experienced in construction, repairs and equipment upkeep who takes pride in keeping our buildings, shop and equipment running smoothly.
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs
- Electrical work ( basic trouble shooting, lighting and minor wiring)
- Drywall repair, patching, and finishing
- Painting (interior and exterior)
- Concrete repairs and small projects
- Garage/shop organization
- Equipment organization and tracking
- Mange equipment sign in and sign out for crews
- Assist mechanic with basic maintenance and repairs as needed
- Maintain clean,organized workspaces and storage areas
- Assist with property improvements and upgrades
- Building special project for A&N Garden and Greenhouse
- Occasionally assist crews on job sites ( Construction support)
- Experience in construction or building maintenance
- Basic mechanical knowledge( equipment maintenance a plus)
- Knowledge of electrical, drywall, and general repair work
- Ability to operate tools and equipment safely
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Able to lift 60 lbs and work in various conditions
- Valid Drivers license required
- Reliable, organized , and takes initiative
