**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide individualized patient care with the utmost dignity, respect, and professionalism.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies, following the guidance of a licensed physician or nurse practitioner.
- Monitor vital signs, assess patient progress, and promptly report any changes.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to create and execute comprehensive treatment plans.
- Utilize Durable Medical Equipment (DME) as needed to enhance patient care.
- Stay informed on the latest advancements in senior care and internal medicine through ongoing professional development.
**Qualifications:**
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of Arizona
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, patient-centered environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate, caring, and patient-focused approach
**Requirements:**
- Fingerprint clearance card
- Article 9 Training
- CPR & First Aid Certification
- Prevention & Support/PROUD Training
- TB Testing
