Responsibilities:
· Provide counseling in office to patients
· Participate in clinical supervision meetings weekly
· Maintain a positive and supportive attitude
· Nurture and support team
· Efficient Time management
· Ability to multi-task
· Daily documentation as a treatment provider
· Emails and voicemail returned within 24 hours
· Ability to support team as needed and when urgent matters arise
· Attention to detail required
· In this position the primary objective: is to support all the associates
· Consult on complex cases
· Support with outreach to disgruntled parents/patients if an associate is unable to resolve the concern
· Support with high-risk cases
· Support with referrals to higher levels of care
Requirements:
· Follow HIPAA
· Follow CA Law and ethics guidelines as required by CA Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS)
· Keep current on license
· Keep current on all CEUs needed
· Current liability insurance
