The HR Leave & Compliance Admin plays a key role in supporting critical HR functions, including employee leave administration, licensing, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Administer multi-state employee leave programs (WC, FMLA, ADA, STD, LTD), including documentation, case tracking, carrier coordination, and return-to-work processes
- Administer insurance licensing and compliance, including applications, renewals, audits, and maintaining accurate HRIS records
- Oversee employment compliance processes, including I-9/E-Verify, audits, EAD tracking, and support for international employees
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including communications, event planning, feedback analysis, and budget assistance
- Provide backup support for payroll and benefits administration
- Perform special projects and other duties as assistance becomes necessary
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of one-year HR experience
- Experience with leave of administration
- Multi-state experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially excel and Google Suites
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to be well organized
- Consistently maintains a high level of detail
- Ability to prioritize assignments
- Position is full-time
- Hours: 9AM-5PM
- In-office or hybrid
- Normal office conditions.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
- Must be able to type & bend to file, answer the telephone.
