A full-service warehouse, distribution and fulfillment company specializing in interior building materials, distribution and fulfillment services is seeking a highly motivated individual to be a team player and assist with the long-term growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily warehouse efforts with order picking and cycle counting inventory.
- RF scanner experience required (6 years preferred).
- Experience with operating a cherry picker, reach truck and forklift. 6 years of forklift experience is preferred.
- Ability to multi-task, count and detail oriented
- Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations.
- Maintain and protect all property in excellent condition.
- Perform any other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in warehousing and distribution
- High School Graduate - Minimum
- Basic computer & math skills - Knowledge of WMS Systems preferred
- Good communication skills and fluent in English
- Ability to clearly compose and comprehend E-mail communication
- Responsible and dedicated work ethic
Preferred Experience:
- Valid, active Driver’s License.
- Ability to load and unload heavy items up to 70 lbs.
- Must pass a criminal background check, drug screen and physical.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Clean appearance.
- Wholesale wood distribution a plus.
