Responsibilities
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle reservation management to optimize scheduling
- Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally
- Promote and upsell spa and salon services to guests
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Ability to multitask and work effectively within a small team
- Strong time management abilities
- Experience with Meevo software
