• Manage large volumes of data collection, verification, and updating using advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables and data analysis tools.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
• Organize and file physical and digital documents systematically to facilitate easy retrieval and audit readiness.
• Perform routine administrative tasks including word processing, filing, transcription, and order entry to support team operations.
• Assist with data cleaning, validation, and basic analysis to improve data quality and usability for reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows related to data entry, improve productivity software utilization, and enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data entry or clerical roles with a strong emphasis on office experience or administrative support.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (including data analysis and pivot tables), Word processing, and spreadsheets.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new database systems or ERP platforms quickly.
• Excellent typing skills with a minimum of 10 key typing speed for efficient data input.
• Basic math skills for verifying numerical data accuracy during entry processes.
• Knowledge of database systems, data collection methods, and office productivity software is essential.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience handling confidential information responsibly in accordance with privacy standards.
• Prior clerical or administrative experience is preferred but not required; a proactive attitude toward learning is valued highly.
