Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records using databases and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
- Process invoices, payments, and order entries efficiently while verifying data accuracy.
- Manage filing systems for financial documents, ensuring easy retrieval and proper organization.
- Collect and compile data related to accounts receivable and payable, supporting financial reporting processes.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, spreadsheets, and perform basic math calculations for data analysis.
- Assist with transcription of financial information and prepare reports as needed.
- Support office operations by handling clerical tasks such as typing correspondence, organizing files, and managing office supplies.
Qualifications
- Proven clerical experience with a strong background in office administration or accounting support.
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with the ability to develop pivot tables and perform basic math functions.
- Experience working with databases and ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data collection, filing, and order entry processes.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks; familiarity with transcription is a plus.
- Knowledge of office procedures such as filing systems, data collection methods, and administrative practices.
