Maintenance Technician – Full-Time
Location: Dadeville, Alabama
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM
Starting Pay: $17.00/hour and up, based on experience

We are seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dadeville. This is a full-time position working with electric motors, pumps, and related equipment both in our shop and at customer locations.
Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain electric motors and pumps
- Disassemble and reassemble motors, pumps, and related equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs
- Assist with field service calls and on-site troubleshooting
- Inspect equipment and identify mechanical or electrical problems
- Properly use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow company safety procedures and work instructions
- Assist with other shop and maintenance duties as needed
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge and proper use of hand and power tools
- Mechanically inclined with good troubleshooting skills
- Ability and willingness to learn electric motor and pump repair
- Electrical or industrial maintenance experience is preferred, but not required
- Dependable and able to work independently as well as with a team
- Willing and able to perform field service work when needed
- Previous experience with electric motors, pumps, industrial equipment, or mechanical repair is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting at $17.00/hour, with higher pay available based on experience
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
