We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and a job done right the first time We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Gutter Laborers.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of gutter systems on residential and commercial properties.
- Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment used for gutter work.
- Measure, cut, and fit gutter materials to ensure proper installation.
- Remove old gutters and downspouts when necessary.
- Clean and maintain job sites, ensuring they are safe and free of debris.
- Work at heights safely using ladders and scaffolding.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent A&M Services professionally.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in gutter installation or construction labor preferred but not required.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Plymouth, IN and surrounding areas.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
