COMPENSATION: $22 - $24/hr incentive eligible
PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for providing administrative support to Supply Chain and Commercial team personnel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (performs other duties as assigned):
- Creates and maintains item codes as needed.
- Maintains and distributes a variety of reports.
- Updates to various system parameters in ERP system.
- Supports review process of test reports for electronic storage.
- Review Supply Chain inboxes and action as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma
- 1 -3 years of previous general office experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize your workload and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships and perform within a team environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS:
- General office environment (keyboard, mouse, telephone use)
- Manual dexterity (grasp, hand/wrist movement)
