Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will operate industrial embroidery machines to create custom designs on various fabrics and materials. Your expertise will ensure precise stitching, uphold quality standards, and contribute to the seamless production of customized apparel and promotional items. Responsibilities
- Operate embroidery machines with precision, ensuring accurate stitching according to design specifications
- Set up and calibrate machines, including threading and adjusting tension for different fabric materials
- Measure fabric and materials to ensure proper placement and alignment of embroidery designs
- Monitor machine performance during operation, troubleshooting issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workspace, adhering to all safety protocols in production environments
- Inspect finished products for quality standards, including stitch consistency, design accuracy, and overall appearance
- Handle materials carefully during loading, unloading, and storage to prevent damage or defects
Requirements
- Experience operating industrial sewing machines or embroidery machines is highly preferred
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and dimensional measurements for precise placement
- Familiarity with quality standards in production and garment construction processes
- Ability to handle fabric materials carefully during sewing or manual cutting tasks
- Understanding of safety standards in manufacturing environments to ensure a secure workspace
- Basic skills in sewing, seam construction, and garment sewing techniques is a plus
- Warehouse experience is a plus for handling inventory and materials efficiently
- Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity and focus on quality assurance
