Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail

- Experience with property management software

Responsibilities & Duties
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Coordinate appointments, update listings, meet prospective tenants, conduct property inspections, and check vacant units
- Assist in preparing vacant units for showings and move-ins
- Process leasing applications, renewals, extensions, and amendments
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address tenant issues efficiently and professionally
- Follow up with tenants to ensure satisfaction and resolution
- Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and applicable property laws
- Enter and maintain accurate data in the property management software system
- Collaborate with the development team on new projects involving city agencies, contractors, architects, and engineers
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and conflicts with professionalism
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external clients
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of property management experience (preferred)
