Personal Care Worker

A Little R&R Home Care is looking for a caring, dependable, and compassionate caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will provide quality care and support to our clients while helping them remain comfortable, safe, and independent in their homes.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, patient, respectful, and genuinely enjoys helping others.

Provide compassionate and respectful care to clients

Assist with activities of daily living, as needed

Assist with Hoyer transfers, catheter/bladder care, bowel program, g-tube feedings, trach care. (if applicable/ as needed)

Help with personal care, mobility, and transfers, as applicable

Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

Provide companionship and emotional support

Assist with errands and appointments, as needed

Follow each client's care plan and specific needs

Communicate appropriately with clients, families, and the care team

Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

Document and report any changes or concerns regarding the client's condition

Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

Must be dependable and reliable

Must have strong communication skills

Must be compassionate, patient, and respectful

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver's license or State ID and reliable transportation

Background check and drug screening requirements
