Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Assisting with onboarding and training of new staff
• helping with tours for prospective families
• Supporting classrooms as needed
• Providing staff breaks and classroom coverage
• Completing weekly cleaning and organization tasks
• Ensuring all topical medications, ointments, and medication administration forms are current and within expiration dates
• Communicating effectively with staff, administration, and families
• Assisting with additional tasks as requested by the Director and Assistant Director
Qualifications:
C
- hildcare experience is preferred but not required
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for effective interaction with staff, parents, and external contacts
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
Schedule:
• Monday–Friday (Full-Time)
• Must be flexible between the hours of 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation is required
