Pay Rate: $23.00/hour $1.00/hour shift differential
Shift: 2nd shift — Monday–Thursday, 7:30 PM–6:00 AM

Position Summary
A-Line Staffing is seeking a Production Operator for a brand-new premix animal nutrition and health facility in Tonganoxie, KS. This role involves operating production equipment, handling raw materials, monitoring packaging systems, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.
The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and forklift skills. Experience in premix, nutritional supplements, or pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, store, transport, and ship raw materials and finished products.
- Load raw materials into production equipment using designated intake stations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot packaging systems and production equipment.
- Print labels, fill silos, complete final packaging, and collect samples as required.
- Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality.
- Safely palletize and store materials and finished goods.
- Monitor production equipment and record process conditions and actions.
- Report equipment issues, process disturbances, and concerns to the Lead Operator or Shift Manager.
- Collect and analyze raw material and finished product samples.
- Perform minor equipment maintenance and assist with larger maintenance tasks as needed.
- Follow all safety, health, environmental, quality, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements & Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred.
- 6 months of production or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience in premix, nutritional supplements, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or a GMP-regulated environment preferred.
- Forklift experience preferred, including sit-down or stand-up forklifts.
- Experience using an electric pallet jack preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and touchscreen systems.
- Ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds and move bags and containers.
- Ability to work independently and follow safety and quality standards.
