Pay: $28-$32 hourly - depending on experience
A-Line is looking for a
hands-on, bilingual (English/Spanish) Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of 15 employees in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training
- Act as after-hours safety and HR liaison
- Operate equipment as needed (material handler, forklift, plasma cutter, yard dog)
- Help break down transformers using hand tools and equipment
- Track employee hours and ensure accurate timekeeping
- Send daily production reports and updates
- Close down plant operations at end of shift
Qualifications
- Fluent in English & Spanish required
- Supervisory or team lead experience required
- Experience in manufacturing, recycling, or industrial work preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willing to work hands-on with team
