Job Description
A-Line Striping, Inc. is growing and looking to add a dependable Striping and Sealcoating Technician to our field crew. This position supports parking lot striping, sealcoating, signage installation, and general parking lot maintenance throughout the Mid-South.
This is a hands-on outdoor role for someone who is reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn a skilled trade. Experience in pavement striping, sealcoating, signage installation, asphalt maintenance, or painting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist the crew with daily job-site operations.
- Help prepare working areas for striping, sealcoating, and maintenance.
- Perform pavement striping and marking.
- Assist with sealcoating application.
- Install parking lot and traffic signage.
- Complete general parking lot maintenance tasks.
- Follow safety procedures and work as a team.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in hot, cold, and changing weather conditions
- Willingness to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Ability to perform physical labor and work well as a team
- Prior experience in striping, sealcoating, signage, asphalt maintenance, or painting is a plus
