Clinical Review Nurse Compensation
- The pay for this position is up to $43/hr
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days and include health, dental, vision, life, and short-term disability insurance.
- A 401(k) with a company match is available to full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Clinical Review Nurse Highlights
- Remote role – must be located in Texas
- Shift is Tuesday - Saturday 8am-5pm CST
- Requires active RN licensure in Texas or compact state
Clinical Review Nurse Responsibilities
- Perform prior authorization clinical reviews for Texas Managed care services and members
- This is a fast-paced role. The nurse will be reviewing clinical authorizations faxed in by facilities for medical necessity.
- Escalate complex cases to MDs as needed
Clinical Review Nurse Requirements
- ADN or BSN from an accredited school of nursing
- 2–4 years of clinical nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking, organizational skills, and adaptability
Clinical Review Nurse Preferences
- Previous prior authorization or NICU experience
