This would be full time / 40 hours per week.If you are interested in this position, please apply directly to this job posting or email resume and job title to jnottage@alinestaffing.com.Compensation:• The pay for this position is 30.00 per hour - bi-weekly• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility datesHighlights:• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs• The required availability for this position is 8AM-5PM, Monday–Friday (8 hours/day)• Hybrid role – 4 days onsite / 1 day remote• Location: Boise, IDResponsibilities:• Innovate and apply best-known methods (BKMs) for managing documents, training, documentation systems, automation, and projects• Create, edit, and archive technical documents, graphics, and images using established standards, templates, and authoring tools• Administer file storage repositories, apply metadata, and manage access requests• Manage controlled documentation systems including change management and periodic reviews• Create, maintain, and archive on-the-job training certifications in the Learning Management System (LMS)• Extract, analyze, and report data using charts, graphs, and dashboards to support decision making• Define and manage documentation projects including charters, work breakdown structures, status reporting, and recovery plans• Collaborate with engineers and subject matter experts to develop documentation for a broad audience• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for assigned documentation systemsRequirements:• Minimum 5 years of technical documentation experience (may substitute for a bachelor’s degree)• Minimum 3 years of workforce development experience• Advanced experience with documentation authoring tools such as MadCap Flare and/or FrameMaker• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint• Experience managing SharePoint lists and libraries preferred• Understanding of document lifecycle management and controlled documentation systems• Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing environments preferred (semiconductor experience a plus)Education:• Required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experienceIf you are interested in this position, please apply directly to this job posting or email resume and job title to jnottage@alinestaffing.com.
