Job Overview:
We’re seeking a Telephone Banker in Lincoln, RI. In this role, you’ll assist clients with their banking needs, provide personalized financial solutions, and build lasting relationships. You’ll support customers through both service and consultative sales, helping them achieve their financial goals.
What You’ll Do:
Build strong client relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending appropriate products and services
Respond to inquiries with professionalism and provide tailored solutions
Open and manage banking products such as checking/savings accounts, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, and personal loans
Refer clients to licensed financial specialists when needed
Provide accurate information on products, rates, and terms
Ensure compliance and manage risk across all client transactions using company tools and policies
What You’ll Bring:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Strong commitment to customer service and helping others achieve financial stability
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and explain options clearly
Flexibility to work varied hours, including some weekends and holidays
