Medical Device Manufacturing Operator Compensation
- The pay rate for this position is $23.00 per hour
Medical Device Manufacturing Operator Schedule Options:
· 1st Shift schedule: 6:00am – 2:30pm Monday – Friday
· 2nd Shift Schedule: 2:00pm – 10:30pm Monday - Friday
Location: 100% onsite in Exton, PA 19341
Position Summary:
Shipping & Receiving Specialist 1st shift, you will be the intersection between supply chain management, sales, and business analytics. You will be responsible for aligning all produced products against the customer sales orders or receiving materials in. This role plays an important in the outboard delivery of our fragrances. As for receiving clerk the important role would be inbounding material in a timely manner.
Medical Device Manufacturing Operator Responsibilities
· Perform designated manufacturing operations in both controlled and non-controlled environments in accordance with SOPs and safety requirements.
· Handle chemicals and solvents as required.
· Address simple, recognizable problems using established methods.
· Communicate effectively and keep supervisors informed of progress or issues.
· Maintain accurate and legible paper and digital production records following GMP guidelines.
· Advise leadership of any process, equipment, or product quality concerns.
· Ensure product quality through attention to detail, inspections, and in-process testing.
· Comply with all safety, security, and environmental requirements.
· Report any safety, health, or environmental incidents to management.
· Support a positive and motivated team environment with flexibility toward changing priorities.
· Demonstrate good judgment and decision-making, especially regarding patient safety and quality standards.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the Manufacturing Supervisor.
Medical Device Manufacturing Operator Requirements
· High School Diploma required; Two-year technical degree preferred.
· 1–5 years of experience, preferably in medical device manufacturing or a related industry.
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
· Good interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
· Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel).
· Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented self-starter.
· Experience with manufacturing machinery, tooling, or medical device processes preferred.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
· Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and priorities.
· Hands-on experience in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Ability to operate equipment and hand tools in assigned areas with limited supervision.
