A Line Staffing is hiring a Mechanical Engineer. This role is responsible for the accurate, timely execution of testing activities per client requirements and project scope. Responsibilities include sample intake, preparation, storage, testing, data analysis, reporting, and maintaining compliance with laboratory and quality standards. This position works with both standard and custom laboratory equipment in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.Responsibilities:Perform sample intake including receipt, identification, storage, and return shippingExecute assigned testing using appropriate protocols, test methods, specifications, and equipmentFollow testing schedules including stability pulls and aging pullsConduct data analysis using tools such as Excel, JMP, and MinitabCommunicate testing issues, scheduling conflicts, and challenges to management promptlyMaintain inventory of laboratory supplies, PPE, chemicals, and routine testing materialsCoordinate sample disposition including client returns and hazardous waste disposalMaintain a clean, safe, and organized lab and storage environmentFollow all Quality System requirements including identifying and reporting potential Quality Events (OOS, Deviations, CAPA, etc.)Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and provide recommendations for improvementsReview and draft laboratory documentation (SOPs, LWIs) under supervisionReview test results, perform data analysis, and assist in drafting test reportsInteract with clients to provide testing updates and technical summaries under supervisionAuthor and review test methods, protocols, and reports under lab management oversightCollaborate effectively with colleagues and communicate professionally at all timesMUST HAVE:Associate degree with 0–2 years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Background in laboratory services, medical device, IVD, or pharmaceutical industry preferredWorking knowledge of GLP, cGMP, ISO, and ASTM methodologies (preferred)Strong technical communication skills, written and verbalProficiency with Excel and data analysis tools (JMP, Minitab, etc.)Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentAbility to manage shifting priorities and communicate effectively across the organizationEducation/Experience Requirements:Associate degree required0–2 years of relevant lab, testing, or regulated industry experienceExperience in contract testing or laboratory environment is a plusWork Environment & Requirements:Onsite laboratory environmentMust follow all quality, safety, and documentation policiesMust be comfortable working with laboratory equipment, chemicals, and regulated processesApply Today!This is an excellent opportunity to join a regulatory-compliant, quality-driven laboratory team with hands-on experience in combination product testing.If this is something you’re interested in, please APPLY NOW!INDJPCode-164063
