Client Services Specialist II Compensation

Client Services Specialist II Highlights
- Hybrid role: In office Tuesday–Thursday; Work From Home Monday & Friday
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central
- Onsite equipment pickup on Day 1
- Location: Franklin, TN
Client Services Specialist II Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, evaluate, and validate provider/producer information against credentialing requirements
- Maintain accurate information within credentialing databases and resolve data integrity issues
- Process agent onboarding contracts
- Verify insurance licenses and add appointments
- Work directly with agents to ensure records are complete and validated
- Utilize multiple systems and external websites to ensure data accuracy
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Client Services Specialist II Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required (verifiable)
- 1–3 years of customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (emails, letters, memos)
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) and internet resources
- Comfortable with Microsoft Teams interviews
- This is NOT a patient-facing role
Preferred Qualifications
- Insurance knowledge (a plus)
- Associate’s degree preferred
- Experience with credentialing, licensing, or onboarding processes
