A Life Enriched is growing, and we’re looking for compassionate, engaging Enrichment Specialists to work with older adults throughout South Florida.
A Life Enriched is a nurse-led concierge enrichment company dedicated to helping older adults experience greater purpose, connection, engagement, creativity, and joy—including individuals living with dementia and cognitive changes.
Our Enrichment Specialists bring personalized enrichment plans to life by creating meaningful one-on-one experiences based on each individual’s interests, abilities, life story, preferences, and needs.
What you’ll do:
- Build genuine relationships with older adults and engage them in meaningful, personalized experiences.
- Lead enrichment activities based on your talents and the individual's interests—such as art, music, movement and wellness, gardening, cooking, conversation, reminiscence, sensory experiences, and more.
- Work one-on-one with older adults in their homes, assisted living, memory care, or senior living communities.
- Help create moments of purpose, connection, self-expression, engagement, and joy.
Who we’re looking for:
Compassionate, dependable, engaging people who genuinely enjoy working with older adults. Experience or interests in areas such as recreation, art, music, movement/wellness, education, senior care, or dementia care are especially welcome.
Compensation: $32–$35/hour, with mileage reimbursement, paid training, continuing education, and the opportunity for performance-based bonuses.
