We are seeking a dedicated Hemp Fulfillment and Manufacturing Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting the warehouse operations related to hemp product processing, order fulfillment, and manufacturing activities. Duties
- Perform order picking to fulfill customer orders accurately
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of materials according to OSHA standards
- Assist with shipping & receiving processes, including documentation and inventory management
- Handle materials with care during handling, ensuring quality control throughout the fulfillment process
- Support manufacturing activities related to hemp product processing and packaging
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues for maintenance
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or related roles within a warehouse or construction setting
- Familiarity with order picker operations, RF scanners, warehouse management systems, and OSHA safety standards
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift
- Experience with materials handling, load & unload procedures, and inventory control processes
- Warehouse supervisor experience or background in warehouse management is a plus
- Strong attention to safety protocols and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
This position requires candidates to be adaptable, safety-conscious, and capable of handling physical demands associated with warehouse operations. Prior experience in hemp or similar industries is advantageous but not mandatory.
