What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Project Manager position at A Leader's Mind Executive Search?
Project Manager – Construction Management
We represent a high-performing commercial general contractor built on a simple belief: great projects start with great people. We seek team members who are confident without ego, driven without entitlement, respectful in every interaction, and trusted to do the right thing. That balance is rare, and we are deliberate about preserving it.
This is a tight-knit team of experienced professionals delivering complex commercial projects in healthcare, higher education, and K–12 environments. The company is already highly successful, and we are focused on adding the right people, not just filling seats. Standards are high, teamwork matters, and leadership is accessible.
The work spans ground-up and renovation projects, including occupied facilities, with project values ranging from $750K to $90M. We operate with a flatter, more horizontal structure that provides direct access to leadership, strong mentorship, and unlimited room for growth.
