Overview
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to individuals in need within a home or community setting.
Duties
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide social work support and engage individuals in meaningful activities
- Offer memory care assistance for those with cognitive impairments
- Prepare meals and cook according to dietary needs
- Deliver patient care and monitoring to ensure well-being
- Provide caregiving services with compassion and empathy
- Support individuals in a home care environment
- Assist with patient monitoring and reporting any changes in health status
Qualifications
- Experience in patient care or caregiving roles is preferred
- Knowledge of nursing home procedures and protocols is beneficial
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards others
- Certification or training in direct support services is a plus

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
