The Role & Your Impact
As our Construction Business Development representative, you will be the driving force behind our regional expansion. This is an outbound-heavy role focused on identifying opportunities for our commercial refresh programs.
- Strategic Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to facility managers at malls, hospitals, and large commercial centers.
- Territory Mastery: Understand the market dynamics of your assigned territory (Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, etc.) to identify "under-the-radar" opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Utilize existing job sites as a bridge to contact surrounding businesses and expand our project radius.
- Professional Admin: Manage customer outreach logs, professional emailing, and administrative follow-ups to ensure no lead is left behind.
