Construction Business Development (Commercial Sales)

Location: Dallas, TX (Coverage for Houston, San Antonio, Fort Worth, & Boston) Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time or Part-time available Experience: Established company in business since 2001

The Role & Your Impact

As our Construction Business Development representative, you will be the driving force behind our regional expansion. This is an outbound-heavy role focused on identifying opportunities for our commercial refresh programs.

  • Strategic Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to facility managers at malls, hospitals, and large commercial centers.
  • Territory Mastery: Understand the market dynamics of your assigned territory (Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, etc.) to identify "under-the-radar" opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Utilize existing job sites as a bridge to contact surrounding businesses and expand our project radius.
  • Professional Admin: Manage customer outreach logs, professional emailing, and administrative follow-ups to ensure no lead is left behind.

What We’re Looking For

  • Self-Starters: Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
  • Communication Pros: Strong phone presence and professional email etiquette are a must.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel within the territory to meet with facility managers and scout new sites.
  • Detail-Oriented: Comfortable with administrative work and keeping accurate records of business development activities.
