It is truly rewarding work that we have been doing for over 20 years.You will get the opportunity to help people get fit, healthy & strong everyday!We are looking for a Part time personal trainer/Group instructor to help us with the large demand of people that need our help.The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fitness training, good communication skills and a commitment to helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals. As a Personal Trainer, you will design personalized workout programs, provide guidance on exercise techniques, and motivate clients to reach their potential in a supportive environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop individualized training programs tailored to clients' fitness levels and goals.Conduct one-on-one and/or group training sessions, ensuring proper form and technique during exercises.Monitor client progress and adjust programs as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.Provide nutritional guidance and lifestyle coaching to support overall health.Maintain a clean and organized training environment within the gym.Lead group fitness classes fostering an engaging atmosphere for participants.Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and best practices in the industry.SkillsStrong knowledge of program design & functional movement to create effective training regimens.Background in sports coaching or teaching physical education is a plus but not required.Ability to lead group fitness sessions with enthusiasm and energy.Excellent communication skills to effectively motivate and educate clients.Passion for health and fitness with a commitment to ongoing professional development.Join our team as a Personal Trainer and make a positive impact on the lives of our clients while advancing your career in the fitness industry!Job Type: Part-timeWork Location: In personCompany DescriptionA Lasting Fitness is committed to Educate, Motivate and Inspire each individual with fitness and nutrition coaching to build self-esteem and create a healthy lifestyle.
