Now Hiring: Full-Time House Cleaner – A la Maid

We’re currently hiring full-time cleaners to join our team. Team members meet each morning at our Old Saybrook office before carpooling to homes for the day’s cleanings.
Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays
- Typical hours: 6:00/8:00 AM – 4:30/6:30 PM
- Starting pay: $18/hour tips
- Weekly direct deposit
- PTO, holiday pay, and sick time included
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to perform physical work throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluent English communication skills
- Positive attitude and team mentality
Cleaning is active, physically demanding work, but we have a supportive team and amazing clients.
