- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements during events.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Support food handling and food safety protocols to ensure proper serving practices.
- Buss tables promptly and assist with clearing plates to keep the event space tidy.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service throughout the event duration.
- Assist in setup and breakdown of banquet areas, including table setting and cleanup.
- Respond courteously to guest inquiries, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is highly preferred, especially in banquet or catering settings.
- Familiarity with food service, serving, and food handling procedures.
- Strong guest services skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest relations.
- Experience working in hotel or restaurant environments is a plus.
