Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Johnson City, TN, for an F&I (Finance and Insurance) Manager. The F&I Manager will be responsible for managing the financial services and products processes, including preparing and reviewing financial documents, offering financing options to customers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with other sales and service teams. The role entails providing accurate and efficient professional financial guidance to customers, maintaining exceptional customer service standards, and managing dealership finances efficiently.
