Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Injection Molding Process Technician located in Dickson, TN. The Injection Molding Process Technician will be responsible for preparing, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting injection molding equipment to ensure optimal production performance. Daily responsibilities include conducting quality inspections, implementing process adjustments, and adhering to safety and efficiency standards. This role also involves training team members in operational procedures. Open positions are on afternoon and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Processing to diagnose, adjust, and optimize molding operations for maximum efficiency
• Experience in Quality Control to ensure compliance with product specifications and industry standards
• Ability to conduct training to guide team members in standard operating practices and safety procedures
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site manufacturing environment
• Understanding of injection molding principles; technical certification or relevant experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced technical training or degree is a plus
