Brand & Sales Assistant

We're looking for a creative, energetic team member who can generate content, build relationships, and help convert inquiries into booked appointments and training registrations.

This is more than an assistant role, it's an opportunity to become part of a growing beauty and aesthetics company.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content
• Stay current with social media trends
• Assist with marketing campaigns
• Respond to leads and client inquiries
• Follow up with prospective clients and students
• Help convert leads into booked appointments and course registrations
• Assist during trainings, events, and content days
• Support day-to-day business operations as needed

Qualifications

• Creative and self-motivated
• Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with people
• Sales-minded with excellent follow-up skills
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with social media marketing is strongly preferred
• Beauty or aesthetics industry experience is a plus

CompensationDays 1–30 (Trial Period)

• $10/hour
• 5% commission on all bookings you generate

Days 31–90

• $12/hour
• 5% commission on all bookings you generate

After 90 Days

• $15/hour
• 5% commission on all bookings you generate
• Opportunity for additional growth and leadership responsibilities based on performance
