**Looking for a Merchandiser for York, Lancaster area**JOB SUMMARY: This position involves strategic planning and execution of visual merchandising techniques to attract customers and promote products. The Merchandiser will collaborate with store management to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure that displays are well-stocked and organized. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with brand standards and seasonal promotions.Regularly assess and adjust product displays to ensure they are appealing and effectively showcase merchandise.Remove items that are out-of-code or not selling per customer guidelines.Organize, rotate and stock shelves during each store visitEnsure all authorized items are tagged and in the appropriate location and set to shelf standardsAbility to travel throughout assigned territories on a regular and frequent basis.Collaborate with store management to manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.Utilize hand trucks and other equipment to transport and arrange merchandise throughout the store.Increase promotional effectiveness through strategic placement of appropriate POS material.Monitor sales performance and customer feedback to refine merchandising approaches and enhance the shopping experience.Other duties as assigned/needed.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
