A Kool Saver is hiring a bilingual Helper / Technician to join our growing field team. No experience required — training provided.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, professional, and ready to learn. This position supports our crews with insulation, ductwork, and HVAC-related work in residential and commercial properties throughout South Florida.
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- No experience required
- Must be dependable and on time
- Must be able to lift materials and handle physical work
- Must have a good attitude and be willing to learn
- Must follow instructions, safety rules, and company procedures
Job Duties:
- Assist technicians and crew leaders on job sites
- Load and unload tools and materials
- Help with attic insulation, ductwork, and general HVAC support tasks
- Help keep the work area clean and organized
- Assist with paperwork and job updates
- Provide professional and respectful customer service
What We’re Looking For:
Someone with a strong work ethic, good communication, and a willingness to grow with the company. Experience is not required, but responsibility, energy, and professionalism are a must.
