Duties
- Direct vehicles to available parking spots using standard passenger car operation techniques
- Monitor the parking lot to ensure safety, security, and proper vehicle flow
- Assist customers with valet parking services and provide friendly, professional support
- Operate cash registers to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Manage parking spaces and ensure proper signage and organization are maintained
- Address customer inquiries, resolve conflicts diplomatically, and provide excellent service at all times
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with experience in standard passenger car operation and driving skills
- Prior parking experience preferred
- Strong numeracy skills for processing cash transactions and retail math tasks
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math proficiency for cashiering duties and parking management tasks
- Experience in conflict management to handle customer concerns professionally
