Responsibilities
- Perform data management including filing, and scanning to ensure accuracy, organization and confidentiality
- Collate tax returns with efficiency and accurately.
- Maintain organized physical records and files
- Provide back up customer support via phone and email, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards.
Skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with office management, clerical work, or administrative support roles
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Experience in customer service or customer support roles
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
