**Job Summary:**
Location: Syracuse, NY Area (Project-Site Based)
Status: Full-Time, Project-Based (Contingent on Award)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Engineer / Field Coordinator to assist the Project Manager and Field Superintendent in managing the technical and administrative aspects of the project.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and process RFIs, submittals, and other project documentation.
- Maintain and distribute current drawings and as-built records.
- Assist with quality control inspections and reporting.
- Monitor material deliveries and manage inventory.
- Support the Project Manager with scheduling, budgeting, and reporting tasks.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, OR equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in a construction support role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Team player mentality with a willingness to handle both office and field responsibilities.
